SEMINAR REGARDING NATIONAL DISASTER
AWARENESS WEEK
BAHAWALPUR(PR)To pay homage to all those who lost their
lives and got injured and displaced due to devastating earthquake of 8thOct
2005, Punjab emergency service rescue 1122 Bahawalpur decided to conduct awareness
activities . A seminar was organized by the directorate of studentaffairs
(gscwu) in collaboration with rescue 1122 on 05-10-2017 at GSCWU Bahawalpurto
make the students aware about the preparedness, anticipated hazard and possible
preventative measures to lessen the impact of potential issues. On this
occasion, Dr. AsifChanar, Divisional emergency officer discussed different
measurer to overcome the emergency incidences such as fire, blast, earthquake etc.
on this occasion, a large number of studentsand faculty members attended the
seminar.
