Commissioner Bahawalpur Saqib Zafar had directed the concerned officials to ensure high quality of construction work  of the reconstruction and improvement work of Bahawalpur Railway Station

                                BAHAWALPUR(PR)Commissioner Bahawalpur Saqib Zafar had directed the concerned officials to ensure high quality of construction work of 278.4 million rupees of the reconstruction and improvement work of Bahawalpur Railway Station which would not only provide decent facilities to the passengers but would enhance the prospects of tourism in the region. He made these remarks while presiding over a review meeting of the ongoing construction work of Bahawalpur Railway station here at his conference room .

                                The meeting was attended by Director Development and Finance Imrana Ajmal, Deputy Project Manager NLC Muhammad Azeem, Finance Manager NLC Amjad Ali, XEN Pakistan Railways Razi Badar-ul-Ghafoor, Divisional Engineer Railway Raja Iftikhar, Resident Engineer NESPAK Irfan Bhatti, Executive Engineer Railways Muhammad Anjum and other officials.

                                The reconstruction and improvement project to the tune of Rs. 278.4 million has various developmental aspects: which include two platforms; generator room; water filtration plant, drinking water facilities at every platform; widening of parking space having the capacity of 90 vehicles and 400 motor bikes; reservation office. IT room; information desk; decent waiting rooms; special rumps for the special persons; residence of the employees and public toilets.

                                Commissioner Bahawalpur Saqib Zafar directed the concerned officials to sharpen the monitoring vigil to ensure timely completely of this development project.
