BAHAWALPUR(PR)Deputy
Commissioner Bahawalpur Rana Muhammad Saleem Afzal has said that Punjab Chief
Minister's citizen feedback monitoring program is aimed to provide relief
through systematic and state of the art service delivery public awareness
system where citizens have direct access through this new initiative. He made
these remarks while presiding over a high level meeting to review the progress
of various departments regarding CFMP (Chief Minister Citizen Feedback
monitoring program) in district Bahawalpur. The meeting was attended by Additional
Deputy Commissioner revenue Mrs. Nausheen Malik, Additional Deputy Commissioner
Head Quarter Muhammad Tanveer Jahndeer, All Assistant Commissioners of the
District Bahawalpur, Focal persons, Safdar malik and other officers and
officials of the concerned departments.

through systematic and state of the art service delivery: Rana Muhammad Saleem Afzal
"To
ensure maximum access to the citizens regarding various civic amenities
provided to them the telephone should remain fully operational to make this
online facility a real success", Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Rana
Muhammad Saleem Afzal directed.
He
further directe4d to evolve an effective operational mechanism to provide
decent health cover at all Basic health units, tehsil head quarter hospitals
and the details of available medicines should be displayed in detail at
prominent places along with uploading the particulars of patients at website of
CFMP (Chief Minister citizen feedback monitoring program).
"Prompt
redressal measures should be undertaken to resolve the matters pertaining to
registration of property, issuance of Domicile and character certificates and
driving licenses", Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Rana Muhammad Saleem
Afzal noted.
He
further directed to display at prominent places the details regarding
government fee and other relevant information by fully functionalizing all
counters at computerized registration centers.
