PEF TO ARRANGE 1286 TEACHERS’ TRAINING WORKSHOPS DURING CURRENT FISCAL YEAR

Lahore(By Our Correspondent)The Punjab Education Foundation is arranging a total of 1286 training workshops for the teachers and head-teachers of partner schools during the current fiscal year.

                According to PEF spokesperson, as much as 114 teachers’ training workshops have already been conducted during the months of September and October, this year. Teachers and head teachers of partner schools attended these workshops of three to six days duration. These workshops were held in 22 different districts. During the workshops, the participants were taught about school and classroom management, improvement in learning outcomes of the students, financial management of the school as well as improvement in professional capacity of the teachers. These workshops were arranged by Continuous Professional Development Program of the foundation, concluded the spokesperson.
