Chief Minister Punjab's revolutionary measure to extend subsidy on fertilizes  would directly provide financial relief to around 5.2 million families of farmers and peasants:Shoaib Awaisi
               BAHAWALPUR (PR) MPA Mian Muhammad Shoaib Awaisi has said that Chief Minister Punjab's revolutionary measure to extend subsidy on fertilizers to the tune of Rs. 39 billion would directly provide financial relief to around 5.2 million families of farmers and peasants in the 36 districts of the Punjab province. He made these remarks while talking to a delegation of farmers and notables at his residence.
                "Punjab Government's consistent efforts have resulted in reducing the price tag of various fertilizers which include: - Urea from Rs. 1800 to Rs. 1400 per bag and DAP Rs. 2800 to Rs. 2500", MPA Mian Muhammad Shoaib Awaisi maintained.
                He further maintained that this reduction of prices in fertilizers would bring economic relief to the tune of Rs. 2200 per acre which would ultimately reduce per acre expenditure and would extend economic cushion to the peasants across the province.
                The delegation of peasants and farmers applauded the Chief Minister Punjab's initiative of green Punjab and thanked the government for providing economic relief to the peasants' community.
