ONE WINDOW FACILITY PLANNED AT HED

LAHORE(PR)Provincial Higher Education Minister Syed Raza Ali Gillani has directed to set up one widow operation facility/complaint office in the Higher Education Department. 

This cell would expeditiously work to solve the public issues as well as clear out the complaints of the general public on priority basis. 

He has further directed that a detailed report may also be submitted to him every month about the receipt and disposal of various complaints received from the people. 

The purpose of this cell is to facilitate the people approaching the HED for the solution of their issues of various nature. It is hoped that this cell would play its role in improving service-delivery of the department.

OPC HELPS AN EXPAT IN RECOVERY OF MISSING DAUGHTER

LAHORE(PR)Due to the timely efforts of Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC) Punjab, missing daughter of an Overseas Pakistani who is currently settled in France has been recovered safely and sent back to France to reunite with her family.

 

Commissioner OPC Afzaal Bhatti informed in this regard  that Muhammad Ramzan, living in Pierrefite , France, lodged a complaint with the OPC that his minor daughter  went missing after reaching Islamabad from France. The complainant  apprehended that this has happened due to his enmity with some persons who have enticed his daughter .

 

Afzaal Bhatti told that keeping in view of the sensitivity of the case, the matter was referred to the CIA, which, after continuous efforts, recovered the minor daughter of Muhammad Ramzan .

 

Later, the recovered girl was handed over to the  French Embassy and  was sent  back to France.

 

Father of the girl, Muhammad Ramzan has especially commended the continuous support and efforts of OPC for rendering valuable help in the recovery of his daughter.
