THE FOUNDER OF DAILY "THE CLIMAX " BAHAWALPUR WAS "TAHIRA RIFFAT" (LATE)  DUE TO HER SUPPORT & INTEREST TOWARDS THE PUBLICATION OF THE ENGLISH NEWSPAPER UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF SUTLEJ PUBLICATIONS THIS DIFFICULT TASK BECOME POSSIBLE.

FAZAL HAMEED AHMED, THE PRESENT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF GROUP OF SUTLEJ  PUBLICATIONS  IS VERY MUCH SHARP, INTELLIGENT, HARDWORKING, COMPETENT,  WISE, PUNCTUAL, SEASONED & SENIOR JOURNALIST WHO HAS BEEN RUNNING THIS ESTEEMED ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY IN THE LIGHT OF HIS EXPERIENCE  & WISENESS. 

THE SUCCESS OF ANY ORGANIZATION, FIRM OR DEPARTMENT IS NOT THE ONE MAN SHOW,  IT DEPENDS ON IT'S ENTIRE TEAM WORK/FIELD FORCE. MR.FAZAL HAMEED AHMED THE CHIEF   EXECUTIVE  OF  SUTLEJ PUBLICATIONS  IS  PROUDLY ANNOUNCE THAT HIS ENTIRE TEAM IS HIS  WEALTH.

Daily "The Climax" is the first ever English Daily Newspaper of Bahawalpur, in the whole history of Bahawalpur Division.  It's publication began on 1st July 2015,  which has successfully been completed 02 (two) years on Ist July 2017  &  celebrated its success on 2nd Birth Anniversary. 

It is the only & first newspaper of Bahawalpur Division which is based on English language and constantly publishing successfully Alhamdolilah. 

The Sutlej Publications also have the honour to manage the publication of the first ever English newspaper published in Bahawalpur Division.  

The founder of Daily "The Climax" Bahawalpur was Tahira Riffat (late) who was Educationist, Poet, Journalist, Former Famous Radio Announcer and Former Editor of Daily "Sutlej" Bahawalpur besides  daughter of Great Poet, Famous Journalist, Brave Politician, Translator, Critic &  Founder of Daily "SUTLEJ" Bahawalpur  Ali Ahmad Rifat (late) & Sister of First Lady of Bahawalpur Division's Journalist and  Former President of Bahawalpur Press Club, (THE IRON LADY) Khalida Rifat (late) due to her support and interest towards publication of this English newspaper under the umbrella of Sutlej publications becomes possible.

Hopefully in the future Daily " The climax" Bahawalpur will be published from Lahore as well as Multan simultaneously Insha Allah & it's scope will be widened. From the publication of Daily " The Climax " Bahawalpur the new era of English journalism will  began in Bahawalpur Division and soon it will be crossed the developmental process and will reaches to the peak of it's high destination. 

In the starting,  Daily " The Climax " Bahawalpur has faced acute financial difficulties but with the passage of time all the financial problems have since been overcome and being managed. Today the Sutlej publication is like a Family who keeps their employees firmly affiliated with the organization and credit of all the success of Sutlej group,  goes to the entire team of Sutlej Publications because any organization cannot run without its field force (internal/external staff) in other words it is all about team work.

In this respect, it is pertinent to mention here that by the grace of Almighty Allah  (SWT) enable us (Sutlej Publications) &  give opportunity  to publish another newspaper in English language for the very first time in Bahawalpur Division and meanwhile again really grateful to Almighty  Allah (SWT) that readers also giving great response to Daily " The Climax " Bahawalpur very much positively luckily.

The present Chief Editor of Daily " The Climax " Bahawalpur and Chief Executive of Sutlej  publications Mr.Fazal Hameed Ahmed who is a very humble, wise, intelligent, hardworking, punctual, honest, pious, senior and seasoned journalist besides he is an ideal, balanced, systematic and weird personality,  at the same time he can deal on so many different fronts or levels safely or bravely with management but in his favour also and respectful towards his elders and famous among between children and youth also by his friendly nature, here especially I would like to mention here that Mr.Ali Ahmed Riffat ( Late ) who was also his father in law,  he has served him during his illness very sincerely day and night besides publishing newspaper without any interruption and move to Sutlej Publications from earth to the sky of Success, happiness and celebrations.
