BAHAWALPUR(PR)Provincial Minister Cooperative Malik
Muhammad Iqbal Channar has applauded the positive and constructive role of
peace committees and administration for ensuring peace, tranquility, and
exemplary inter-faith harmony by fully implementing the directions of Punjab
Government during the holy days of Aushara-e-Moharram in the Punjab Province.
He made these remarks while inspecting the security arrangements for Azaa-dari
processions and Majalis at different places in District Bahawalpur. "The
exemplary demonstration of inter-faith harmony by the dedicated and
constructive efforts of Ulma-e-Karam & Members of peace committee during
the Aushara-e-Moharram is the practical reflection of adhering to the holy
teaching of Islam" Minister Channar maintained.
The Minister appreciated the efforts of
civil administration, Police force and other concerned departments for ensuring
peaceful end of the proceedings of Aushara-e-Moharram.
BAHAWALPUR(PR)Civil Defense officer Bahawalpur has conducted inspection of various shops and stores which are involved in conduction of LPG business. During the inspection, one accused Muhammad Mubeen was found decanting LPG who was booked under section 285, 286 and was put behind the bar by Police Stations Kotwali, Bahawalpur. During inspection Civil Defense officer was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner City, Bahawalpur.
