Ulema should completely observe laws for controlling sectarianism :IqbalChannar

Bahawalpur (By Abu Danish)Provincial Minister for Cooperative Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar has said that the Ulema should completely observe laws for controlling sectarianism. He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting regarding Muharram-ul-Harram. DCO, police and Ulema attended the meeting. Malik Iqbal Channar said that Ulema and Zakireen of various schools of thought should adopt a balanced and positive approach in their sermons to avoid sectarian tension. He said that law enforcement institutions will carry out search operation on daily basis during Ashura-e-Muharram. The Provincial Minister said that instead of loudspeaker, deck should be used during Majalis. He said that monitoring of Muharram-ul-Harram processions will be carried out through CCTV cameras.
