International peace day highlights the significance of peace to all sensible citizens. Who have suffered the communities of violence. Violence is a cursed which eats into the very vitals of civilization frame fabric.

Violence brains measures violence breeds district ion. Violence is enemy of all noble human values. So violence is antithesis to all universal progressive and enlightened values.  So,  International Peace day is an awakening call to all Contentious citizens around the globe to standup to save growth the flower of peace from wind of violence. Therefore, if we don’t raise our voice in support of Peace .We remained Silence Spectators to watch the Wreath dancing of Violence. We should be passing our wretch Present to son and daughters in the shape of ugly future. Therefore, so time is rise to have national critic to what we have, whether Policy makers have been alive to be closes challenges of terrorism which is the worst form of terrorism. The government of Punjab’s antiterrorism actions is one of the positive and courageous components of a long and brave struggle against the forces of terrorism. After the sad incident of attacks at army school on December 16, 2014.   Federal government chalk out national Action Plan to root out the terrorism.  Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif of Punjab who make the effective policy framework by bringing onboard all the stakeholders. Features of this policy framework area

1-      A close and effective Coordination between the various actors of internal security of another land.

2-      Close a frank interaction among all stakeholders.

3-      Effective Support of media, Police, Civil Administration, civilian Colleges.

4-      The Result oriented assistance coordination between the provincial land , intelligence agencies to conduct  the programs for nation.

This policy framework  let to the foundation of new institution to launch better and effective work against terrorism. Punjab is the largest province in our System. Which have a population, approximately 100 Millions. So if Punjab is safe , Pakistan would be a safe state. These efforts would be realize the various measures taken by the Punjab Government to fight against terrorism and criminal elements.  In this we got Punjab Government have established Counter Terrorism force .This Department has the operational force having latest Equipments,modern training to conduct operations.

The Services of 45 senior officers took from national Police for all this utilization to resultantly meet the target of national programs Punjab Government has registered cases against terrorist.

The Government has arrested 15131 Criminals for Spreading hate material and Violating Code of Conduct regarding Wall Chalking. The government has antiterrorism security force have strength of 4000 officers. 56% is linked with intelligence gathering 24% for Conducting research work and 20% the Stocks with conducting Combing operations . These Measures has produced distinguishing results as 70% deduction has been seen in the incidents of terrorism as there were recorded 42 terrorists incidents while luckily by 17% in 2015and 2016. The National Action Plan has arranged to break the supply of Terrorists. The 41 police officers were trained to deal these high profile and terrorism cases. These Officers by giving time les efforts registered 97 cases cases under the Anti terrorism Act, arrest 123 persons and the courts awarded punishments to 25 criminals. Terrorism is the violent practicing manifestation. Which Springs from terrorism.
