CJ LHC Mansoosr ali Shah orders District Courts PakPattan to try Cases of District Bahawalnagar
BAHAWALNAGAR(By Iqra Aziz) Chief
Justice Lahore High Court Mr. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah order to
District Courts PakPattan and Arifwala to try all cases and suits
relating to District Bahawalnagar. Lawyers of District Bahawalnagar are
not appearing in courts since February 9,2017.The litigants are facing
Problems because of Lawyers were not appearing in the Courts. According
to the Notification issued by the Lahore High Court Lahore District
Courts in PakPattan and Arifwala will have Exclusive Jurisdiction to
entertain and try suits , Petitions and cases relating to District
Bahawalnagar.
