Punjab Government has allocated a massive development fund  to modernize the road infrastructure:Iqbal Channar

   BAHAWALPUR(PR) Provincial Minister for Cooperative Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar has said that Punjab Government has allocated a massive development fund to the tune of Rs. 90 billion and 700 million to modernize the road infrastructure by undertaking 2651 road network projects throughout the province. This would accelerate the pace of road modernization process to enable decent road network connectivity throughout the province. He made these remarks while talking to a delegation of PMLN workers, here, today.

                                "Out of 2651 total quantum of road network expansion and modernizing initiative:- 1943 new schemes would be completed by spending Rs. 45 billion and 347 million while a total sum of Rs. 45 billion and 352 million have been earmarked for 708 road development schemes", Provincial Minister for Cooperative Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar concluded.
