BAHAWALPUR(PR)Commissioner Bahawalpur, Saqib Zafar Presented a Commemorative Shield to the Former Director, Public Relations, Bahawalpur, Ejaz Ahmed Ghauri on the eve of his Retirement, at a Ceremony held at the Office of Commissioner Bahawalpur, yesterday .

            The Ceremony was attended by Additional Commissioner, Bahawalpur, Saqib Ali Ateel, Director Information Rana Ajaz Mahmood and Assistant Commissioner General Malik Munawer.

            While Speaking on the Occasion, Commissioner Bahawalpur highly Appreciated the Services of Former Director Public Relations Mr. Ejaz Ahmed Ghauri for Promoting Healthy and Positive Inter-action between different Government Departments and Media to boost the image of the Government, both in Print and Electronic Media. Former Director Public Relations thanked the Commissioner. Later, Commissioner Saqib Zafar presented Commemorative Shield.

BAHAWALPUR(PR)Director Administration Parks and Horticulture Authority Bahawalpur Rana Qazafi has said that PHA Bahawalpur Launched different Projects to make Bahawalpur's landscape more Greenness, Pleasant and Aesthetic. He made these Remarks while inspecting different Development Projects Undertaken by PHA Bahawalpur. While inspecting Kashmir Park round about at Multan Road, Different Green Belts:- He Maintained that DCO and Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority Bahawalpur Dr. Ehtisham Anwer Mahaar attaches Great Importance to Speedily complete the On-Going Development Projects to Enhance the Environmental profile of the Bahawalpur City. While inspecting Kashmir Park, he Directed the concerned staff to Accelerate the pace of Development Work for ensuring Shady Trees, Growing Plants and Flowers and provision of Proper Electric lights in the Park. Director Admin also inspected the Development work of various Green Belts and medians and different Plant Nurseries. He Directed the Concerned Staff to pay Special Attention for properly Irrigating plant Nurseries to evolve to ensure a Mechanism of supplying of Different Plants which would be required for different Horticultural Development Projects. During the inspection, he directed the Concerned Officials to immediately provide Hats to Gardeners and Baildaars to save them from Scorching Heat. He also directed to provide these Workers Water Coolers as well. During the inspection Assistant Director, Horticulture, Rana Masroor briefed the Director Admin.

BAHAWALPUR(PR)Central Library Bahawalpur has Launched a Comprehensive Program of Study Tours of the Students in its Pre-Summer Study Tour Initiative. The first Badge of Students of SD High School Bahawalpur and their Teachers visited the Library. The Students showed keen interest in the briefing Conducted by Chief Librarian Rana Javed Iqbal regarding Significance of Libraries in promoting the culture of Reading and Preserving Books. The Students showed keen interest in the Children Section, which has a Treasure of Books about literature of Children.
